Test: Artichoke Ball

I was lucky enough to go to a Sewing Night a couple of nights ago and learnt how to make lovely artichoke balls. I was surprised how simple they were, just using a 100mm styrofoam ball, 3 fabrics each cut into 20 x 2.5″ squares and sequin pins. They were quick and easy to make but look very effective. While most of us made them to be Christmas decorations, another girl made one for her sister in just normal fabrics and it looked amazing too!

Now I just have to convince the rest of my family to make them for our annual Christmas decoration creation! Tutorial coming soon!
